What is Direct Primary Care (DPC)?+
Direct Primary Care is a healthcare model where patients pay a monthly membership fee directly to the practice for unlimited access to primary care services. It eliminates the insurance middleman, resulting in more personalized, affordable, and accessible care.
Do I need insurance to join Willow DPC?+
No, you do not need insurance to become a member. However, we recommend maintaining major medical coverage for specialists, hospitalizations, and emergencies. DPC covers your primary care needs. We also offer discounted health share options covering specialists and hospitalizations at approximately 60% savings versus traditional insurance.
Can I get same-day or next-day appointments?+
Yes. Willow DPC limits the number of patients per provider to ensure personalized attention and quick access. Same-day and next-day appointments are typically available.
Do you see children?+
Absolutely. We welcome patients of all ages, from newborns through geriatric care. Youth memberships (ages 17 and under) are $60 per month.
Can I submit DPC costs to my insurance?+
The monthly membership fee is paid directly to the practice and is separate from insurance. However, in-office procedure costs, lab work, and medication expenses may be submittable to your insurance for reimbursement. Some health share programs also reimburse membership fees.
What if I do not have insurance?+
DPC is a great option for uninsured patients since it provides comprehensive primary care at a predictable monthly cost. We do recommend maintaining some form of major medical coverage for emergencies, surgery, and specialist care, and can help connect you with affordable options.

How much does membership cost?+
Adults (18+) are $100 per month. Youth (17 and under) are $60 per month. There are no copays, no per-visit charges, and no surprise bills. Family discounts are available upon inquiry.
Is there a contract or commitment?+
No long-term contracts. Your membership renews monthly and you can cancel at any time.
What services are included in my membership?+
Unlimited in-person and telehealth visits, direct phone/text/email access to your provider, same-day or next-day appointments, in-office lab work at wholesale pricing, discounted medications, chronic disease management, preventive care, and wellness visits.
How do I schedule an appointment?+
You can book online through our scheduling system, or contact your provider directly by phone, text, or email. As a member, you have multiple ways to reach us.
Where is Willow DPC located?+
We are located at 225 Dunbar Cave Rd. Suite B, Clarksville, TN 37043. We serve patients from Clarksville, Sango, Oak Grove, Fort Campbell, and surrounding communities.
