Trina is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 25 years of nursing experience. She earned her ASN and BSN from AdventHealth University in Orlando, FL, and her Master of Science in Nursing (FNP) from Loma Linda University, where she graduated with Sigma Theta Tau honors and received a national research conference award.

Before founding Willow DPC, Trina spent six years as an Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner in Middle Tennessee and held roles in electrophysiology and critical care at AdventHealth. That depth of experience sharpened her diagnostic instincts and reinforced her belief that healthcare should never feel rushed or impersonal.

Trina founded Willow Direct Primary Care because she saw too many patients falling through the cracks of a system built around billing codes instead of people. She believes high-quality healthcare should be affordable, personable, and convenient, and she built Willow DPC to deliver exactly that.

Outside the clinic, Trina is active in her church community, where the guiding principle is "love God, love people, and serve the world." She enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her family.

Toniann is a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 13 years of clinical nursing experience spanning emergency medicine, neurology, intermediate care, post-anesthesia recovery, quality assurance, and primary care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Austin Peay State University and holds national board certifications from both the ANCC and AANP.

Before joining Willow DPC, Toniann cared for patients across the lifespan in a range of clinical settings, including hospital critical care units, travel nursing assignments across multiple states, and outpatient family medicine. That breadth of experience gives her strong clinical instincts and the ability to connect with patients from all walks of life.

Toniann believes healthcare should be personal, unhurried, and focused on the whole person. She takes the time to listen, explain in plain language, and build a realistic plan with each patient. Her approach is evidence-based, root-cause focused, and least-invasive first, always with clear communication every step of the way.

As a wife and mother, Toniann understands firsthand the demands families face and the importance of having a provider who truly knows your story.
